At Reiling Glass Recycling in Næstved, we are experiencing a high level of activity and therefore need more dedicated employees to join our production team. You will receive thorough training to prepare you for working in our 3-shift rotation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Machine operation and process monitoring: Ensuring stable operations and maintaining a high level of product quality.
- Cleaning and maintenance: Performing cleaning in and around the machines as well as handling minor repairs.
- Manual work: Carrying out a variety of tasks that require good physical fitness and a willingness to take on hands-on work – even when it can be dirty at times.
About you:
- You are reliable, curious, and eager to learn new skills.
- You can communicate in Danish and preferably also in English (English is the corporate language).
- You enjoy working in a team and are flexible when it comes to changing shifts.
- You are not afraid of physical tasks and are motivated to be part of a busy production environment.
Working hours (3-shift rotation):
- Day shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Evening shift: 14:00 – 22:00
- Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00
